What should I bring?
We recommend you bring a towel and plenty of water.
What should I wear?
Wear comfortable clothing that you can work out in. We recommend a tank top/t-shirt and shorts. You can wear leggings or workout pants, however, please understand that your skin grips better to the pole. As you advance, many movements will require bare legs. No nudity allowed.
Feel free to bring your favorite heels to class! You are NOT required to wear heels; you can dance barefoot, however many enjoy & prefer dancing in sexy heels!
How fit do I have to be to join a pole fitness class?
Our Pole Floe classes are for all fitness levels and all ages. We will demonstrate different variations of the movements to accommodate different fitness levels.
What are the benefits of pole fitness?
The benefits of pole fitness are many. Pole fitness allows you to express yourself through movements while tightening and toning your body. Pole fitness builds self-esteem and teaches you to appreciate your body. Our classes will provide you with a fun, safe, and encouraging environment in which to reach your fitness goals. So, do NOT be nervous! We are here to support you!
*Prior to attending a class you must submit a “Sign Up” form located on the menu bar above.
*If you will not be able to attend a class you have previously reserved, you must notify an instructor by email, phone, or text message at least 12 hours prior to the class you were scheduled to attend. Failure to do so may result in the loss of one of your pre-purchased classes.
*Our classes are for women only.
*Students should be in healthy condition. Please do not come to class sick.
*There is no nudity allowed.
*Please do not apply any lotions/oils on the day of your class.
*Please remove jewelry (rings, bracelets, watches, etc.) prior to start of class. This is for safety reasons and to avoid scratching the poles.
*Please turn off cell phones during class.
*Please arrive 10 minutes early in order to allow time for signing of waivers, payment processing and/or changing into workout clothes. To ensure safety, you will NOT be allowed to enter class if you are late. It is imperative that you arrive on time for the full body warm up.
* DO NOT attempt any movements yourself that you have not previously been given instruction on.
* DO NOT instruct fellow students on current or new movements. An instructor must be present when you are attempting a new trick.
*We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
*There is a $30.00 processing fee for all returned checks.
*Must be 18 or older to participate.
* No pets or children allowed in the studio.
*If you are signed up for a class and need to cancel, you must do so at least 12 hours prior to the start of class.
*All purchases are final sale and may not be returned, exchanged, transferred or frozen.
